Share Swap
PROGRAM
Simple, Secure Path to Diversify & Add Liquidity
Turn your property into professionally managed trust units — keep upside, reduce
single‑asset risk, and access periodic liquidity.
What this is
Why landowners choose thiS
Diversification
Your equity becomes part of a broader portfolio of developments and income properties, lowering concentration risk.
Liquidity option
Units include an ongoing redemption policy (quarterly, 30‑day notice) — offering potential periodic liquidity versus full, one‑time sale proceeds.
Stay aligned with upside:
You continue to benefit from growth through professionally managed Trust ownership rather than giving up future upside entirely.
Professional management
Assets are managed by experienced teams, so you offload day‑to‑day responsibilities while retaining investment participation.
Simple 3-step process
Appraisal & Offer
Swap & Close
Property is transferred into the Trust (deed), and you receive Trust units representing your interest.
Ongoing Options
Hold units for future upside, or use the redemption program if you want liquidity later.
QUICK FAQ’s
Will I lose upside?
No — you receive Trust units that participate in future growth.
Is this a sale?
It’s a structured exchange (vend‑in) into Trust units rather than a cash sale.
What about taxes?
The program is designed to be tax‑efficient, but please consult your tax advisor for personal advice.
