General Requirements
- Canadian investors: Must be of the age of majority, maintain a Canadian bank account, and be a Canadian resident
- Foreign investors: A limited number of non-resident investors may be accepted and are subject to separate eligibility and regulatory requirements
Accredited Investors
- Over $1m in Net Financial Assets
- Or, Earn over $200k Annually
- No limit on maximum amount invested
Eligible Investors
- Earn over $75k Annually
- Maximum amount to invest in a single calendar year $100k
Non-Eligible Investors
