Building on a Legacy of Excellence

Founded in 1966 in Edmonton, Alberta, the Ahmed Group has a long-standing tradition of excellence in real estate development. The late Dr. Hashim M. Under the leadership of his eldest son and current President and CEO, Mr. Moe Ahmed, the Ahmed Group has experienced significant growth and expansion. As of 2022, the company is a major player in the development of new rental residential housing across Ontario, with a development pipeline valued at over $2 Billion and assets under management of over $60 Million.

Through Mr. Ahmed’s leadership, acute business acumen and proven track record, the Ahmed Group is well-positioned for continued success and exponential growth in the future.

Purpose-built rental developments are not only a smart investment for the future, but they also serve a vital role in promoting social responsibility.
