As CEO, Moe leads the executive team, focusing on business relationships and strategy, and providing executive oversight on all operations. He is responsible for making critical decisions and identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. Moe has over 14 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate industry and, together with his team, manages over $100 million in assets and a development pipeline of over $2 billion in projects in Ontario, Canada.

Moe’s expertise spans multiple disciplines, including land planning, real estate law, corporate finance, government relations, real estate development, construction and property and asset management. This breadth of knowledge, coupled with his leadership and entrepreneurial acumen, makes him well-suited to guide the Ahmed Group as it embarks on a new chapter of development and construction.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Moe is also dedicated to giving back to the communities in which he grew up and around the world. He serves as the Executive Director of the Ahmed Foundation, a charitable initiative he founded to support organizations helping people in need, including The Canadian Red Cross, Trillium Health Partners, and the International Development and Relief Foundation. He also founded and serves as the Executive Director of the “Down with Hatred” initiative, a non-profit organization that seeks to break barriers and foster unity, intercultural dialogue and connections between communities.

Moe’s entrepreneurial journey began at a young age, as the Founder and CEO of the TAC Auto Group, and as the Founder and President of the Ontario Car Dealers Association. His ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities, coupled with his leadership skills, have been key to his success and will continue to serve as the backbone of the Ahmed Group as it grows and expands.
